On Saturday the 13th November i started filming for my Music video, ('Danger Line' By Avenged Sevenfold).
The Editing on my video will combine multple fast shots in a montage style of editing. To help me create this effect, I filmed the shots from multiple different angles and will edit parts of them together.
I made sure the level of light in the shots was quite low, and the contrast was also quite low, which follows the general convention of metal videos by having low light, which enforces the 'dark' and grim storylines and plots that the metal genre encompases
I got about 40% of my total filming done, which i think is good progress.
On Wednesday 17th November I will shoot more footage, this time of the Performer. The location will be the green Room in The Media Area of College. This makes it easy for me to change the background in post-production, to something more fitting for the style of music.
The Performer will have a guitar ( a symbol of Metal music), and wear plain, dark clothes.
